Return Policy:

Returns or exchanges of stocked merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new condition and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The return credit will be reduced by the restocking fee. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser except for returns of factory flawed or manufacturing defected merchandise. Returns must be pre-authorized with customer service and a "Return Authorization" issued before we will accept returned merchandise. Returns for non-stocked items will not be accepted, except for factory flawed or manufacturing defected merchandise. Returns must have a pre-authorization from customer service by telephone (210-402-0091) or email Taco Cabana Online Store Customer Service, pursuant to the instructions provided and a "Return Authorization" issued before it can be accepted as a return Product.

Because of the custom nature our printing and product fulfillment processes, on custom non-stocked items we CANNOT accept returns, changes, or offer refunds of an order once an order has been approved online and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. We fulfill printing and custom product orders automatically from our website, therefore, no one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. Taco Cabana will not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell personal information about individual users (such as name, address, e-mail address) to third parties. We do not sell or rent lists of users or use information about individual users outside the scope of fulfilling orders from this site. Shipping Methods, International Shipping and Holiday Shipping:

Shipping Methods:

All shipments are based on USPS or UPS Ground service. Extra charges for custom's, brokerage fee's, overnight, second, or third day air shipment will apply. Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. Most orders ship out the day you order, however, orders can take up to 48 hours to ship out. Leave plenty of leeway to insure your order gets to you in time. Extended delivery areas can be shipped USPS regardless of what you chose as a shipper. Please make sure your address is filled in completely (Floor #, Suite #, etc). We will pass on the $10.00 address correction charge-charged by UPS- if the order has to be corrected due to address correction.

International Shipping:

Extra charges for customs, duties and taxes are not included any you may incur these fees payable upon delivery.

Holiday Shipping:

UPS: UPS ground does not pickup on November 26th-27th, December 24-25th & 31st and January 1st. UPS does not guarantee ground/standard shipping times from December 11th thru December 31st. Therefore to insure a holiday delivery, plan accordingly based on our warehouse in Kansas City, KS and a one week shipping time for ground/standard.

USPS: If you are shipping to a Military address, USPS suggest that order by December 4th. If you are shipping to anywhere in the Continental US, using Priority/1st Class order by December 17th, otherwise use Express Mail if ordering on December 21st.
